These Terms of Use govern your access to ChatSPF websites, apps, quizzes, AI chat, sun plans, reminders, and related services. By using ChatSPF, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use ChatSPF on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

ChatSPF provides sun-planning, SPF, UV, and tanning-risk information based on inputs such as your skin tone, goals, location, weather, UV index, quiz answers, and chat messages.

ChatSPF is a wellness and planning tool. It is not a medical device, dermatologist, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice. AI outputs, UV forecasts, weather data, and SPF recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

No feature can guarantee that you will tan, avoid sunburn, avoid skin damage, or prevent any health condition. Always follow sunscreen labels, local public-health guidance, and advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatSPF.
• If local law requires you to be older to consent to online services or privacy processing, you must meet that higher age or use the Service with a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when it is needed to generate a profile, recommendation, or account.

You may submit information such as email, quiz answers, location or city, chat messages, product preferences, skin-related answers, and, if enabled, photos or selfies.

You keep ownership of your content. You give ChatSPF a limited permission to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

Do not upload another person's photo, health information, location, or other personal data unless you have their permission and the legal right to do so.

• AI responses may be wrong, incomplete, or not suitable for your circumstances.
• Do not rely on ChatSPF for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, severe sunburn, allergic reactions, skin lesions, medication interactions, or any urgent health concern.
• You are responsible for deciding whether to follow a recommendation, applying sunscreen correctly, limiting exposure, and seeking medical advice when appropriate.
• If your skin reacts badly, if you have a medical condition, or if you use photosensitizing medication, consult a qualified professional before following a sun plan.

• Do not use ChatSPF for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or bypass security controls of the Service.
• Do not submit malware, misleading content, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not use the Service to exploit, profile, or collect information about minors or other people without proper consent.

ChatSPF may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, weather and UV data, AI model processing, payments, support, and app-store distribution.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. ChatSPF is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Some features may be offered for a fee in the future. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown before purchase or through the relevant app store or payment provider.

If a paid feature is unavailable or discontinued, our responsibility is limited to the remedies required by applicable law or the purchase terms shown at checkout.

ChatSPF, including its design, text, software, branding, recommendations, and interfaces, is owned by ChatSPF or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, resell, modify, or create derivative services from ChatSPF except where allowed by law or with written permission.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or use the Service in a way that may harm ChatSPF or its users.

You may stop using ChatSPF at any time. You may request deletion of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChatSPF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any guarantee of health, tanning, SPF, or safety outcomes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChatSPF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, sunburn, skin damage, or reliance on recommendations, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

If ChatSPF is found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim or 100 USD.

You agree to defend and hold ChatSPF harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ChatSPF operator is organized. Mandatory rights you have under local law are not limited by these Terms.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or another reasonable method.
